According to Radicati Group, the total number of business and consumer emails sent and received per day exceeded 293 billion in 2019 and is forecast to grow to more than 347 billion by the end of 2023. Each day the average office worker sends and receives 121 emails!
So why use video email? When the word “video” is added to the subject line of an email it can raise open rates by 7-13%. The reason most people open video emails are because most emails received are boring text emails. So when they receive a video email it increases their curiosity.
Video email is also great for building trust because people can get to know you and your personality. When someone trusts you they feel comfortable buying from you.
